Program focus
The environment in which evolve the companies today is becoming more and
more difficult : the products are more complex, more and more various competences
are required and need to be integrated, the speed of development of the
products must continuously increase, joints developments occur more and
more often (with customers, with competitors, with contractors, etc.)
Therefore the needs for optimization and better coordination are there and
we need to be able to do things better and differently in such a changing
environment. Project management comes as an answer to these needs.
This course is to give overview on project management with a specific focus
on the first phase of any project - the initiation phase - through providing
to participants the critical knowledge and competencies needed to lead project
initiation phase in an effective way
